California HEAT Chorus Leadership

California HEAT Chorus thrives because of the energy and style of the people who have stepped up to lead. Here are a few of the people that make our ensemble tick:

Anita Main - Director

Certified director Anita Main leads the California HEAT Chorus with passion and commitment. She has an extensive background as a musical and administrative leader.  Her vision for California HEAT Chorus inspires each singer to give her best at each rehearsal or performance.  Anita travels far and wide to take advantage of educational opportunities.  Her desire for excellence and self-improvement is an inspiration to all.  

Kim O'Connell - Team Leader

Kim stepped up to the challenge of Team Leader in 2008.  She has shown a wonderful ability to involve others with encouragement and support. She helps each chorus member find avenues to share creative talents and skills in a way that benefits the chorus.  This provides self-satisfaction for each singer and makes everyone a team player.
